You’re welcome is signed the same way as thank you. Welcome is signed by holding your dominant hand up around shoulder or head level, palm facing up and slightly curved, then bringing it closer towards your center. This is a wonderful sign to introduce early in life as we begin to teach our babies the meaning of gratitude.
