Dec 21, 2019i and my partner signed up for transunion's mytrueidentity service immediately when it was offered after the life labs data breach. Jul 7, 2023i went to finally try and use my activation code for the free mytrueidentity credit monitoring and it just didn’t work? Apr 13, 2021there's no indication that personnel files were the target or impacted, but they're offering everyone 2 years of transunion mytrueidentity.

The email indicated they are offering 1 year of free identity theft protection and a link to mytrueidentity.ca. Jul 16, 2018transunion confirmed that they own the website mytrueidentity.com, which is the url provided in the letter.
