Jul 1, 2019although it has grown my hair out tremendously, i’m still not comfortable with starting my locs with such uneven medium/short mullet hair and i also don’t wanna pay hundreds of dollar for loc. Imo, a lot of men don't look as good as they think they do with locs, especially when they pair it with the long/unkempt beard. Why do some black people have a problem with locs whether they’re real or fake?

Jul 13, 2019i've never started locs but i've retwisted them for friends. I do box braids, senegalese twists, etc. I can't really speak for starting locs, but i like brick/arched pattern because they overlap in.
