Dollar Tree Helium Balloons
Feb 26, 2007at my local dollar tree, helium balloons are $1, and you can bring in your own mylar balloons and have them filled for $1. They won't do the latex balloons, say it's against. Having a birthday party at okw and need lots of helium filled balloons.
Dec 5, 2000i'm only remembering seeing balloons for sale in the parks. I understand you're thinking of bringing a balloon from home, but my guess is "no balloon sales, no helium." you. Feb 16, 2009i plan on bringing my own balloons to disney for my dd's 7th birthday to avoid paying for the $55 disney florist balloons.
Do you know if ponchos are available at either walmart or dollar store?
